Abstract
Workers in the educational field in Iraq in general, and teachers of physical education in particular face, many problems, vary depending on the causative factors, These factors are associated with the pressure,which put them in front of major responsibilities and try to meet them, expos them to the telecom pressures that may be reflected in their performance career negatively. Accordingly this study aims at identifying the relationship between quality of life and the power of the ego to sample teachers of Physical Education to achieve this have been identified sample basic research Bokhiar (60) teacher education course sports are randomly within the schools that fall within the Directorate-General for Education Diyala center. After applying the questionnaire quality of life and standard ego strength to the sample of the study found the following results: Enjoy the respondents as high quality of life appropriate to the work environment, which generates a rush of high among members of the sample toward their education, as well as enjoying strongly I elevated through the application of the scale and therefore achieved the study of the relationship between quality of life and the power of the ego and the researcher found that there is a correlation positive between the two variables In light of these findings, the researcher recommends attention to psychological variables that may affect the work environment as well as conducting more research outputs of higher education of teachers who are causing in the work environment .
