| Abstract | ||
| Various derivatives of 2-Aminothiazole (1-7)a and 2-Aminobenzothiazole (8-12) a were synthesized by using a halogenating agent dimethylbromosulfonium bromide (BDMS). These derivatives were converted to the corresponding silane compounds by hexamethyldisilizane (HMDS) reagent. Finally, the glycosidation was done by using trimethyl silyl triflouromethane sulfonate as catalyst to synthesis some new 3-β-D-ribofuranosyl-2-iminothiazoline and 2-iminobenzothiazoline N-nucleosides (12-1) c. The Infrared, Melting Points and Elemental Analysis (C.H.N.) of these compounds were used to confirm the formation of these compounds. | ||
