| Abstract | ||
| In this article, we prove a fixed point theorem for mappings satisfying a general contractive inequality of integral type. And then, we give some special cases as corollaries. Also, there is an example to show that the condition of boundedness of the orbit is necessary to guarantee the existences of a fixed point for a mapping with more general contractive condition of integral type. Note that the proof of theorem (3) involves two lemmas. | ||
