| The Formation of Joint stock Company require From his promoters to do many action to complete the Formation of this company this aim require to share many persons to performance this action so we must dusting between who do this action as promoter or not. There are Two concepts arise to define the promoter first describe this person that who signed the memorandum of company . Second concept describe as person as who take the initiation to formation the company . | ||
