| Abstract | ||
| The Arabian Gulf has got , since the past , a great strategic importance in the world due to its privileged geographical location between the East and West in that, it is the important international pathway for the world trade. This region acquired a great special site whether for cultures or countries which emerged in Wadi AL Rafidain or for the other neighboring cultures like Greek, Romanian and Persian, Indian, Chinese and African. The geographical, economical, political and Law factors had met to make the Arabian Gulf and its Gate ''Matheeq Hirmiz'', the heart of the world since the second half of the twentieth century and till now. The petrol and Internationl navigation added a great importance to this region and to the Gate, especially for the U.S, European countries,Japan and U.S.S.R. The importance of choosing this research lies in the strategic dominating site of Oman on one side of the Gate against Iran, therefore, the Omanian government adopt special secure strategic policy to defend the Gate due to the political, economical and social changes in the Arabian Gulf region, definitely, in the period( ). | ||
