| Abstract | ||
| Titanium Dioxide (TiO2) is prepared by use of Sol-Gel, and with the use of Titanium Isopropoxide (TIP) whose purity is (98%), also from (Acetic Acid) with purity (99.5%), and also from (Ethanol) whose purity amount is (99.7%). These materials were prepared of (Aldrich Chemicals Company). TiO2 and deposited on Indium Tin Oxide (ITO-glass) are prepared by using spin coating method with different speeds between (1000-5000) rpm to get thickness for the different thin film according to the speed, wherever the speed increased, the thickness becomes less and the opposite is right. After the process of deposition preparing samples in programmed oven, the temperature started from the room temperature (R.T), and then it is raised one degree each minute to settle up to 550 ºC, and after half an hour the temperature starts to be decreased each minute so as to reach the room temperature (R.T) in order to get on Antase phase. Throughout the examining the effect of SEM, and XRD on the prepared samples, it has to be matched with what is previously prepared. | ||
