Abstract
Study of some immunological parameters associated with toxoplasmosis experimental infection in female of albino mice, was done. The changes on spleen index, phagocytic index, mitotic index of spleen and bone marrow cells, and immediate and delayed hypersensitivity was followed. The mean of spleen index, phagocytic index, mitotic index of spleen and bone marrow cells , and immediate and delayed hypersensitivity was increased in acute and chronic phases of experimental infection on mice compared with control.
