John Rolles is considered one of the most prominent philosophers of the contemporary political and liberal thought, particularly in the United State and Europe in general. His writings raised many of issues which traded on the international field in the present time such as the justice, fairness, political liberalism, human rights, issues of the civil society, democracy ,he tried through his writings to establish the basis upon which the liberal theory is built with its various dimensions and he ensured the individual freedom and development of the personal human abilities and he also interested with establishment of the justice in the political liberal thought , the justice is considered one of the most important values of the civil society and fundamental value which support the separation between the individuals conflicts in spite of their colors and projects .
When we found justice principles which formed clearly and accepted by everyone they will be recognized by peoples and leaders and use to adjust the basis of the civil society so Rolles wants to discuss political , social , and moral endoscopy to support the stability of the societies equally.
The research distributed on four chapters , the first chapter discusses the political liberalism and idea of the general mind (the reasonable diversity)while the second chapter deals with criticism of Rolles to the general Utilitarianism , the third chapter deals with the justice theory of Rolles , and the fourth chapter contains idea of the people law of Rolles .
The study ends with the prominent conclusions such as the justice as fairness is free political concept formulates the fundamental constitutional and political values and the approval on it includes less than what it exists in comprehensiveness doctrine the matter is represented in how formulating the justice concept in constitutional system, and this political concept is approved in spite of the differences in their comprehensive views to get reasonable support (interlaced consensus )and it has ability of Continuity. |
