| The Rule of Dealing with the Jews in the Muslim Country The occupation of Iraq, the great incidences accompanied it and the following gross obstacles, showed a collection of problems which entails legislative stands and satisfying answers that remove the ambiguity and illusion, in the middle of dashing opinions and conflicting suggestions, and if we have an answer agreed on, yet with some opposition on work and application. Of the complicated problems shown on the surface within the new political innovations at the land of Iraq is (The Rule of Dealing with the Jews in the Muslim Country), which is made a title for my current research in which I have tried to answer a group of questions concerning the topic in which I have tried to manifest the legal situation drawn from the texts of the Holy Quran, the Holy Sunna and the sayings of the nation scholars with their different schools and doctrines, not forgetting mentioning the opponents' opinions and their call, thus I have displayed their arguments and tried to answer them in a proper way, for who relied on the Holy Book I answered him with the Holy Book, who relied on the logic and reasonable I answered him with logic and reasonable, and who relied on the political concept I answered him with the same. My goal was not aligning to a certain category, or sympathizing with this group or that, but the goal was, wishing from Allah to help in it, detecting the true that satisfies Allah the Supreme Being. Also, is the refusal of dealing with the Jews a religious stand or a stand that was dictated by the political circumstances? And if the dealing or cooperation with them is forbidden, so what is the legal situation from the ones who deal with them in the life and afterlife? The research requirements necessitated dividing the research into an introduction and three sections. The first section addressed and discussed the proposals calling for the prohibition of dealing with the Jews. The second section dealt with and discussed the proposals calling for dealing with the Jews. As to the third section, it covered the balance between the legal stand and the necessities of the contemporary political stand. Thus, the conclusion mentioned the most important results the researcher arrived at through his writing to this research, including: we should not forget the aggressive campaign led by the West against Islam and the running after his call under the excuse of coping with the age and its necessities is weakening the Arab Islamic queue and its power and dissembling it from inside to which the enemy resort between time and time. | ||
