| Abstract | ||
| Thin films of InSb0.97Bi0.03 were obtained for the first time in Iraq by the flash- evaporation method. Electrical properties measured for all the films (Hall effect, conductivity, and thermoelectric power) at different annealing temperature .All prepared films was n-type and becomes p-type of after annealing. The concentration decrease from 3.06x1018 cm-3 to 1.95x1015 cm-3 ,while behavior of the mobility was reverse ,were increase it from 1.5x104 cm2/V.s to 1.73x105 cm2/V.s . The activation energy was measured and found to be increase with increasing annealing temperature. Thermoelectric power was measured and was agreement with the measurement of Hall effect . | ||
