| Abstract | ||
| This Study carried out in uncovered plastic house at College of Agriculture – University of Babylon on 20.11.2011 in pots at soil salinity (4.36ds.m-1) . Three levels of salinity of irrigation water were used( 2,4 and 8 ds.m-1) to study the use of some treatments ( Gibberelline& Potassium ) in the salt stress relief on wheat varity Sham6 . results showed that high levels of salinity of irrigation water increase uptake of plant from elements Na+,Ca+2 and Mg+2 and decrease uptake of K+ and the ratio of K+,Ca+2 and Mg+2 to Na+ . Also increased the protein percentage in the grain and the amount of proline in plant tissues . Plant content pigment of chlorophyll was not affects by increase salinity levels of irrigation water . these salt levels reduct the grain yield . add Gibberelline and potassium removed studied parameters and thus increased the tolerant of wheat to salt stress. | ||
