Abstract
This study was conducted during the period from the beginning of March to the end of September 2009 at the teaching hospital in Baquba and Virgin maternity hospital and children in the city of Baquba , collected 310 different clinical sample for all ages and both sexes . Results of the tests showed morphological and biochemical tests ownership of 28 isolates (9 % ) for the type E. faecalis, and evaluated the ability of isolates to produce some of the factors that ferocity , as results showed susceptibility of these isolates on adhesion cell epithelial urinary system to humans by ( 93%) , and production of the enzyme Alheimolaesen rate ( % 28.6 ), and the enzyme Algelatnez by ( 43% ), and the enzyme Allaypez (10.7 % ), and the production of the portfolio (35.7 % ).
