This research includes five chapters, represented as following:
Chapter one : Identification of research include of introduction and research importance that it touch on to the daily biorhythm styles and its influence in to blood pressure of the retarded athlete ,the potential importance for the research was the identification of the different between the daily biorhythm styles via blood pressure indicator for some teams games , as well as its exploiting ability via programming the training times in to form which relating with them styles to reaching with the retarded athletes to high levels, the research problem was the shortage in the studies that involves the daily biorhythm styles and associated it to blood pressure of the retarded athletes . And the research aim to:-
1- Recognition of daily biorhythm style for the motive retarded athletes in basketball & volleyball.
2- Recognition the differences between the daily biorhythm style for the blood pressure indicator of the motive retarded athletes in basketball & volleyball.
Regarding chapter two, including of the two studies, theoretical and comparable, which they had relationship with the research subject.
Regarding chapter three, including of research methodic and field procedures, that the researcher used the descriptive procedure in form of exchanged relation (comparison) for its adequate and the nature of the research problem. And the sample consist of ten players represent a percent of (50%) from the research society which they were twenty athletes represent the teams games in diyala province . after executing the statistical treatment for the results , it's had been displayed , analyzed , and discussed ,in the chapter four.
Regarding the chapter five, the researcher reached to the following:
- The percent of the morning style athletes was highest from the irregular style athletes.
- It's appeared that the morning athlete's style, characterized as high blood pressure indicator, in the two times, the 1st and the 3rd, which were represent the two activity peaks as for the morning style.
The researcher recommends to considerate the daily biorhythm synchronizes, with the training periods to ensure the level that the physiology efficiency reached on to the highest levels. |
