Abstract
That TQM is a model distinctive if properly applied by the organizers of the sports clubs and in order to communicate with all that is new in management, this study attempts to shed light on one of the most important concepts of administrative task, a comprehensive quality management by building scale it and apply it in sports clubs institutions and it is hoped that the results of this large scale benefits of Iraqi sports clubs.
