Abstract
Turning the researcher to the importance of learning in the development of peoples through the upbringing of a new generation according to scientific principles developed and the need and the importance of exercise technique and the need for compatibility neuromuscular in learning the basic skills Volleyball. The research aims to numbers exercises skill consensual and see how effective they are in learning the skill scroll in front of the head to the front reel plane and the experimental method is the method used to research and research sample included students of the fourth class students ( Om Omara secondary school ) for girls and of their number (41) student was used tests nominated by experts and after the use of means of statistical appropriate findings the researcher to the conclusions of the most important of the exercises selected commensurate with age and scalability of the sample for the purpose of increasing the motivation of the students, and for the positive impact and effective in the learning process using harmonic technique exercises in the main part of the educational unit, frequency and gradient from easy to difficult and from the simple to the complex accelerates the learning process. Researcher reached the most important recommendations which follow a scientific method of choosing exercise in module taking into account individual differences and special aspects of sex and age.
