| A comparative Study between South Gas Club and Navy Club of some functions of lungs and Speed of legs movement in Volleyball. Adel Mageed Khazal Abstract The research five chapters. The first chapter deals with the ntroduction and the importance of the study. The main target of sport gaining a good level in fitness. This can carry out throw maximum functional efficiency by organize and sufficient physical training that depend on scientific bases.The importance of the research stats that the realization of measure the functions of lungs level and the speed of legs movements of top clubs players of Iraqi league in volleyball help in identifying the weakness of the players.The problem of the research is concerned I the importance of respiratory system in the volleyball and the speed of legs movements of top clubs players of Iraqi league of volleyball help in identifying the weakness of the players. The second section of the research contains the sport training and its effects on the functions of the lung and the speed of the legs of volleyball players.The third section deals with the procedures. The objectives, research tools and tests which are used. The fourth section includes the discussion of results of the tests. The fifth section contains the conclusions and recommendations, the main ones are:- 1- the lungs test and measurements are within normal range of the sample. 2- Navy club obtains the moral differences in the lungs variables(aerobic capacity forced aerobic capacity, forced expiratory volume in the first second and aerobic. 3- There are no differences in the speed movement of legs between navy club and south gas club. The main recommendations:- 1- necessity of including a specialization of physiology in training members.Necessity of using exercises of legs speed in training | ||
