Abstract
The study aims to identify the level of TQM implementation of information services in the Iraqi university libraries, and the extent of the disparity in the quality of service provided by the office university library subject of the study, with the statement of principles adopted in evaluating the performance of information services in the Iraqi university libraries. The study used both descriptive analytical method and survey data collection method.
