Abstract
The Effect of a suggested Approach for Using Small games on Learning Some Offensive Skills in Basketball Dhahir Ghannawi Mohamme Abstract The present study is consisted of five chapters: Chapter one covered introducing the study0intorduction and the importance of the basic skills in basketball such as dribbling and passing the ball0It also mentioned the problem and the objectives of the study which are: preparing a proposed prgramme for learning some offensive skills in basketball0Hypotheses of the study is also mentioned in this chapter which is:(There are significant differences in the post-test between the experimental and control groups for the experimental group)0The experimental group consisted of (40) students from the intermediate stage school . Chapter two dealt with the theoretical studies about the topic 0 while chapter three covered the procedures 0 The experimental design was used due to its suitability to the aims of the study . The sample of the study was divided into two groups: experimental and control 0 This chapter also contained the instruments of the study and a selection of some suitable tests and the pilot study . Chapter four covered the results and their analysis. Chapter five mentioned the conclusions suggestions and recommendations The researcher concluded that modern learning styles have clear effect on learning basic offensive skills in basketball .
