The research goal: to develop a scientific training program particularly to develop explosive power and strength for the first acceleration stage for streaming effectiveness (100 meters). The research hypotheses: stipulates there are significant differences statistically significant between dimensional tests and in favor of the group that trained on the sandy flats.
