It is through the experience of the researcher being a school in one of the elementary schools and found that there is a vulnerable and clear in scoring by students aged 8-12 years, where she tried researcher to pour their interest in finding a way to help to learn and to develop the scoring through the use of targets fixed and mobile are scoring them by Students of stability and jumping, to avoid weaknesses in learning and skill development scoring. So the goal of research to identify the impact of the use of a means to help (moving targets) to learn the scoring consistency and jumping in the mini-basketball. Use experimental approach to one sample with a pretest and posttest on the fifth-grade students in the school (the nail) Primary School for Boys and through the lottery, totaling (64) pupils in Topchi City - Baghdad province. After a pretest and posttest and the application of learning exercises using the means of assistance.
