| Mostafa Kamal with his experience and intelligent was able together the powers of popularity resistance through A rthroom and sewas conferences. The nature of political and military conditions which took placein Turkey in 1920 needed political , popularity and legislative foundation to release decisions and preparing the society for independence war . the big native councilled executive authority through government of council by presidency of Mostafa Kamal . The constitution of 1921 donated the whole authoryity to Nation . The Autman caliphate loss the legality power in county. The Native Council abolished Atman Caliphate in 1924 and enact of reforms . The new situation for Turkey needed to enact anew Constitution which is the Constitution of 1924. | ||
