| Abstract | ||
| Reflected the importance of research to find out the extent of the impact of these exercises specialized in the development of the level of performance of individual defense moves that have a significant role in the development of the level of the player during the games , which reflected positively on the level of the group. The research problem researcher noted that most coaches do not give enough time for training units and focus on the defense side of the offensive only this Aeetmashy with in the development of modern game of handball and this in turn reflected negatively on the performance of the defense during the game . The objectives of a search was to identify the effect of exercise training specialized in the development of the individual defensive performance level for handball . The researcher used the experimental method for one set of suitability nature of the research problem . The research sample was tested in intentional youth team players Basra province 's (12) out of the player (18) player was tested randomly irregular . The most important conclusions : 1 - of compound exercises have positive effects and effectiveness in the development of performance skills of defensive moves . 2 - Give some exercises vehicle during training modules contribute to the level of development of the game for the better . The most important recommendations 1 - Adoption of vehicle exercises within the training modules of its many benefits in the development of defensive moves . 2 - the proposed use of composite exercises and linked to physical variables and see how the evolution of these variables and defensive moves for handball . | ||
