| The goal of research is to study the reality of the organizational structure of the Directorate of Physical Education in the province of Baghdad, and diagnosis of weak points and strengths, in fact the organizational and management where, the researcher used the descriptive method style survey on a sample of managers in number (2), associate's (2) and supervisors in number (46) of employees Madartin physical education, including education Baghdad Karkh / 1 and Rusafa / 1's (50), was adopted form questionnaire survey after the codified to suit this sample, and the most important conclusions are to be the departments in the Directorate General to participate in setting goals with the Directorate General of Physical Education in the ministry, should have been studying the sports program of the competent people and those with much experience, we have to exchange money to cover the program of physical activity in the district . | ||
