| Abstract | ||
| The research aims to identify the impact of training using weights according to my style training distributor and intensive training on physical abilities ( explosive power of the muscles of the hands and feet ; strength distinctive as fast as the muscles of the hands and feet ; endure strength to the muscles of the hands and feet ) and basic skills ( punching rectum, punching the side , punching rookie ) for young boxers . and to identify differences in the impact of the use of weights between training method and distributor of intensive training on the physical capacities of young boxers . The researcher used the experimental method on the total sample consisted of ( 20 ) boxers were distributed evenly on the first Altjeribitn groups follow the style intensive exercises and the second performance perform the same exercise , but the followers of style distributor. Has been reached to some of the most important conclusions : - 1 - lead weights training using the method to develop intensive physical abilities variables under consideration ( explosive power to the hands, explosive power of the two men , the power characteristic of the hands , power feature two men , endure the hands , endure the two men ) for young boxers . 2 - leads training weights using the method distributor to develop variables physical abilities under discussion ( explosive power to the hands, explosive power of the two men , the power characteristic as fast as the hands, strength advantage as fast as the two men , endure strength to the hands, Mtaulha to Guo of the two men ) for the boxers youth. 3 - outweigh the training weights using the method intensive training on using the method distributor in the development of physical abilities and skills for young boxers | ||
