| Part I contains a definition of the research and its objective: - 1. To determine the effect of mental visualization of colors to relive psychological tension with futsal players. 2. To determine the effect of mental visualization of colors on heartbeat speed. The Search proposals were: - 1. There are statistically significant differences in testing some aspects psychological tension with futsal players. 2. There are significant differences in testing heartbeat speed futsal players. Part II contains the theoretical studies, the researchers mentioned colors qualities and its psychological effects and also identified mental visualization, types and goals, tension and its causes, and finally futsal-game. Also included on similar studies. Part III, researchers display research approach used a descriptive statistics and research sample which included futsal players from Baghdad University who has experiences as well as we made pretest to measure the speed of the heartbeat and full tension form and also posttest in main experimental included all tests and finally statistical methods used. In the fourth section, the researchers displayed their findings are then analyzed and discussed in a scientific manner. The Section V, researchers have reported the most important conclusions and recommendations that have been reached, including: - Conclusions: - 1 - The use of colors has had an effect on reducing the heartbeat rate. 2 - The use of colors has had a psychological effect in calming the players. Recommendations 1 – Necessity to adopt using colors in learning and training methods. 2 - Necessity to hold learning lectures about the importance of using colors in reducing tension with players. | ||
