Time management as to the viewpoint of Imam Al Hussein represents research problem, objectives and importance, whose premise addresses the theoretical and the analytical framework. The concept of time management in Islamic thought, time management as to the viewpoint of Imam Hussein, is of high importance; the research problem can be identified in the following main points:
Time is neglected in Arabic and Islamic institutions and organizations although the Islamic religion and its statesmen gave much shrifts to such an important resource.
There is a lack of an Islamic administrative approach, fit to be standard methods for managing organizations, experiments and study cases in the Arabic-Islamic literature, and only sufficient Western theories and studies.
The main objectives of the research are:
To clarify the concept of time management in the literature of business administration and Islamic literature.
To analyze the last twenty-four hours Al-Hussein bin Ali bin AbiTalib (Peace be upon him) spent during Al-Taff Battle, and to study how to deal with the event and time management.
To study the relationship between the elements of administrative processes in accordance with the perspective of time and thought of Al-Hussein bin Ali.
As stated in the theoretical framework that would prove the research hypothesis, and achieve its objectives to highlight its importance in using the best references and sources enriching the research paper. In the light of this we have reached a number of conclusions and recommendations, we review the most important:
Al-Imam Al-Hussein deals with time as a major supplier and achieves optimal time exploitation, so he avoids deep sleep that is a necessity and a basic need in the hierarchy (Maslow) needs, and proves that the time resource appreciates future based on the organization, coordination and good planning, Al-Hussein creates added value by maximizing the results achieved from the use of the time.
The research concluded with a set of recommendations to all the small and large organizations:
Exploiting the time resource, since exploitation of time designates high value.
