Abstract
Abstract The research entitled “ The economic dimensions of Arab spring revolutions ….Egypt as a model” consists of the introduction, three sections and conclusions. In the introduction, the development in the event of the Arab spring in the Arab countries reviewed with a summary of manifestations of interest in the analysis theory to explain the new phenomenon in the Arab area. In addition, the problem, hypothesis and structural research were developed. The first section consists of the developments of Arab spring and review the internal and external causes. The main purpose of the second section which entitled “An overview of developments in Egyptian history since the time of the pharaohs to the present time” is to clarify the role of the Egyptian people who known as obeyed and respected for the rulers throughout the history. The third section focused on the economic effects of January 25 revolution 2011 in Egypt which cause to increase the problems of the Egyptian economy such as, low gross domestic product (GDP) by (2.5%) during 2011, approximately equals to (5.4$) billion dollars, increase the rate of inflation to (11%), declining the finance shifting from Egyptian workers abroad, the debt crises of Egyptian foreign ministry which amounting to about (34.9)billion dollars become worse and declining foreign investment. Finally, the closers, which conclude the conclusions and recommendations.
