Abstract
Abstract The international union of the unified communications defined the quality of service as " The group of requirements that a group behavior has to have " . The quality for mobiles users have different applications and to ensure a certain level of information flow-up. The concept of special performance refers to a higher level of staff, less absence and less work cost (meaning less: waste in efforts, time spent and materials). The special performance an important to any establishment in today's word which is crowded with competition, improvement, procedures, and the rapid changes in the customer desires. Asia cell company for telecommunication was taken as a case study (its offices in the north of Iraq, Baghdad and the south), [with a (60)4 sample of employees ]. The relation between the special performance and the quality of service in the most important conclusion reached by this research.
