| Abstract This research deals with important face of modern management face in industrial firms , which it is the effect of using the statistical quality control (SQC) to improve the production capability . The research will try to solve the problem of same industrial firm with unknown the culture of total quality management and it positive effect in improving the production process , especially when we take in mind the variables of modern business environment which it is deal with strong the strong competition , and the firms work to obsess the costumers by granting their needs . Also ,the research will indicate to the effect of using the statistical quality control ( SQC) technique to know the fail side’s which prevent getting this goal’s . The research also contains practical side in national Iraq cement company to present of result of implementing this technique and its effects in improving the production process . | ||
