| Small and medium industries have an influential role in the process of economic and social development in general and in industrial development in particular, and he directed economic systems at different levels of economic development of civilization and to define the concept of those projects and areas of work in order to focus on the support and sponsorship and through the adoption of the competitive advantage of their economies and social systems The set of circumstances surrounding, this trend is the adoption of a stable economic philosophy of the state. Research focused on two foundations, first axis focused on the attempts of economic systems in the establishment of a set of criteria can be adopted in defining the concept of a project capacity of small and medium-sized and the wearer of the differences between the economies in the application, as we reviewed the range advantages of this type of project for the purpose of the extent of convergence and contrast with the economy want to adopt this approach in its applications. The second axis is about the Iraqi economy and the suffering of the range of problems and obstacles surrounding it as well as the implications of transformation from the central economic market democracy and economic openness as we reviewed in this axis, the Iraq experience the historical with the projects of small size, medium view to adopting them as lessons corrective economic policies for the future. | ||
