| The search aims to applying of governance essentials in decreasing of public budget problems in governmental entities (sample of study) in Nassirya city, by using questionnaire list, which distributed to sample of governmental entities at year 2009.for realization of search objectives the search divided to three sections, the first section included the search methodology, while the second section theoretical background for public budgets and corporate governance, and the third section includes applied side and analysis of sample answers at questionnaire list. | ||
