Abstract
We dealt with in this paper the Iraqi economy and the reality of human development in the light of new transitions through the study of the stages of growth of the Iraqi economy, which divided into four stages depending on the circumstances experienced by Iraq wars and the siege and change and the subsequent significant changes to the economic variables college, as well as that was taken turning the Iraqi economy towards privatization and disposition of the economy future under tarry public sector and the lack of private sector and clearly defined In addition to review the investment environment appropriate and the consequent creation of sustainable human development was also touched upon the most important programs to help the categories fragile in Iraqi society and reached a set of conclusions was the most important; significant challenges that Iraq regarding economic transformation towards a policy of liberalization and opening up the outside in light of the structural imbalances and low in all indicators of economic and human development.
