| A search on the five-door, as contained on the front and the importance of research that have been sure where the importance of leadership behavior played by teachers in the field of Education and private teacher Physical Education and its importance in the decision-making and increased self-confidence that could lead to the lifting qualified faculty membersteaching. And adopted a search on the descriptive approach was selected sample of intermediate students and teachers of Physical Education, the Center for Diyala province's (85) teachers from some schools center of Baquba The number of students in sports teams reached (90) students have been using two scales in the search they scale (leadership behavior) and (self-confidence) and are two measures has been applied where the use of scale (leadership behavior) by (Zainab Mazhair) and self-confidence translator by (Mohammad Hassan Allawi) was used bag statistical data processing The main conclusions are the emergence of correlation between confidence self-confidence and leadership behavior of physical education teachers | ||
