| Was to know for the personal values of the maniger The study The aim of the secondary school ,and if this value is different on follows these variables (sex ,speciality , service period ,social state , live ) This sample is made of (165) of manigers ( male and female ) and choose their in asimple rondum method in ayear (2012 - 2013 ) by (35%) of manigers of school in Diyala . Governorate to Districts of governorate according to variables of (sex , live and speciality ),And there for the researcher depend on the scales (Albort ,Fernon ,Lendizy). The study try to answer for the following questions :- 1. What is the supported personal value for the maniger of the secodary schools . 2. If the personal value of the school manigers is different according to (sex , speciality , service period , live , social state ) The application of both scales on asample of this research from the secondary school manigers and often statistical treatment by the following statistical methods :- a. the repetitions ,The Averages and the T-teast for one independent sample , Test-Re test , T-test for two independent samples ,Persons correlation coeffiecient ,one way anova 1. The personal values of the school manigers arranged according to significance of each one in school manigers in which the theortical values take afirst degree and them , the social values and relegeous values ,political values ,Asthetic values and then economic values which is don’t take significant for manigers in general . 2. There is adiffrenes who have astatistical indicator for the asthetic and economic values for the females according to variable of sex . 3. There is no deffrences how have statistical indicators of values for the variable of living . 4. No deference's who have statistical indicator for some values according to variabls of social state than the asthetic values and econowic for the individuale . 5. No deffrences who have statistical indicator in values for speciality variable than the asthetic value for huminity speciality . 6. No deference's who have stutistical indicator for personal values follow variables of service period . | ||
