| Manifested research problem in the use of a lot of coaches for age groups methods do not take into account individual differences in the education of young people as they do not contribute to their participation for the development of the creative side, The study aimed to: identify the impact of the use of the style of brainstorming in the development of young players in reception skills and preparation in the volleyball, for the purpose of solving the problem of search researcher used the experimental method with two equal groups , have included a sample search on the (24) players were divided into two groups, the first officer and the second trial after conducting homogeneity and parity deliberately seeking to make the experience of exploratory, and then was an experience Home through tests Posteriori and then been developed curriculum for the period from 18/9/2011 for a period of 5 weeks and by 3 units per week, and after the completion of the units development proceeded researcher to conduct tests posteriori, and using methods of statistical appropriate then discuss the findings by the researcher have concluded researcher the following: 1 - Evolution of the experimental group at the front checksum and numbers used brainstorming style 2 - the experimental group outperformed the control group in the two tests 3 - Due to the adoption of the style of brainstorming on the distribution of the effort on the learner and the teacher has contributed to the development of the experimental group. Has recommended the following: 1 - This technique can be used in the development of the technical performance of the young players 2 - pay attention to what the student posed ideas contribute to the creativity and increase the ability to think 3 - The use of this technique in teaching other skills in volleyball and other games being gives positive results. | ||
