| The history did not tell us about any marine forces during the era of the Prophet Muhammad (PUH) or Abi Bakar Al Sidiq, but during the era of Omar Bin Al Khatab the thinking about establishing a marine forces through the seas had been started, and the first deal with the Islamic army in the sea was to conquest the Bahrain and few lands of Egypt specially Alexandria, the Muslims knew the importance of the marines, and the Caliphs after that established an Islamic Naval Fleet, and the most important marine battle was the Battle of the Masts | ||
