| Abstract | ||
| The situation of taking drugs makes international problem , and it is rarely to find the social humanity empty from their negative effects , they are considered one of challenges that threaten security , entity of the community & human beings and their stability , their crimes are considered of the global crimes over the states , many researches & studies have dealt with this phenomenon of all its sides the social , political , economical and legal . And I preferred to search in this subject in the legal frame of crime of taking drugs in three researches , I specified the first to the scale of criminology , the second for cases of the crime , the third for punishment that is adopted , and conclusion includes the most important results , and recommendations that may participate to decrease of this phenomenon . | ||
