| Effect of rotation and gradient in severity on endurance of the handballshe/players Dr. Azhar Mohammed Jasim Directorate of physical activity- ministry of Education Abstract Many of sport coaches and athletes seek for best and quick methods and styles help in generating changes and adaptation during the training period to generate developments in the required aim, thus the sport training is implemented through depend9ing exercises taking various forms and styles, whereas the type of the exercise depending on the degree of developing of the player and the specified period also the aim stipulated by the coach, and the physical capacity intended to be developed , returning to the natural state depended on the type of activity and the type of training. Thus the importance of the research lies in developing private endurance as a result of using the continuous training of two different styles as a step to assist those workers in the field of training handball for the she/teams. The experimental procedure is used on a sample from handball she/players, team of Educations in Baghdad whose number amounted(16) she/players, and the sample has divided randomly by lot in to two experimental groups:- The first experimental group whose number(8) she/players working in a method of continuous training and by a manner of rotation and stress. After performing the pre- tests and then applying the training procedure and performing post- tests in variables of private endurance. The researcher has found the continuous training by the rotation and gradient styles by stress has develop the private endurance for the handball she/ players, also the continuous training method by two styles of gradient by severity of private endurance for the she/handball players from the style of stress rotation, thus the researcher recommends to pay attention to the kind of the training method and the style used in appropriate way with the aim intended to be developed in the specialized sport activity. | ||
