| The Prophet companions' sayings are important in Islamic legislation . This study mainly deals with some of these sayings and actions that indicate various aspects of Usual al–Fiqh in extracting legislative rules. This will improve what scholars state that Usual al–Fiqh was dealt with at the companions era. | ||
