| Sort evolution of human societies and the complexity of relations between different countries a new kind of crimes are international crimes, which found members of the international community need to stand together in the face of what is not allowed for those who commit or behind the perpetration of impunity.And of the most serious international crimes and most infamous of all crimes against humanity. As much valuable crimes against humanity beyond the borders of each State. Therefore it must be cooperation between all nations to rebuke the perpetrators of such crimes. This is especially evident through the need to strip the crimes of a political nature, so that the accused are brought to justice and the exclusion of all the conditions and procedures that prevent this. This was confirmed by the International Convention under the principles of international cooperation in the detection, arrest, extradition and punishment of persons guilty of crimes against humanity General Assembly resolution 3074 (d -28), dated 12/03/1973. What came as well as in Chapter IX of the Statute of the International Criminal Court (Rome) under the title of international cooperation and judicial assistance. As the international community has sought to emphasize the need to rebuke the perpetrators of crimes against humanity, by emphasizing the exclusion of everything that would prevent the completion of tracking and punishing those, given the seriousness of their actions, that the exclusion of all spatial boundaries. We decided to split our study on two themes in addition to an introduction and a conclusion. | ||
