That fact make an urgent need for the intervention of the legislator and consumer protection layer providing the best conditions to ensure that its safety, satisfaction and freedom of will and choice to be free from deception and shelter of deceit and exploitation. One of the most important means of such protection is a Commitment before contracting through Information, which is also an effective means to resist the risk of advertising by providing objective information about the goods and services. We have found through this research that is no way to protect the consumer in the face of events stage pre-contractual only through reequality in Knowledge between the two sides next to the contract, in which the consumer stand on the appropriateness of this contract for him, and through informed of and defined conditions contract to the extent that illuminates his consent,especially after the industrial development and technological progress, which had entered into a growing need for the media before the contractual liability legal falls on one interested in hiring or both to enlighten the substantive matters in the contract is the best way to make more enlightened satisfaction.
