Abstract
Considered as foreign direct investment is the economic activity that has seen some remarkable views differentiated for the role that could be played for its impact on economic growth and development , after it refused to many developing countries receiving foreign direct investment in the contract the sixties and seventies of the last century, turning out to be adopted entirely from from decades, the eighth and ninth of the last century and beyond , and came because of the conviction the role that can be played by this type of investment in the economic development process , both in terms of being a source of relatively stable funding compared to other types of external funding sources , or in terms of being a way important to provide employment opportunities and the transfer of modern technology and managerial expertise , and update the local industries in the host countries and the provision of capacity export competitiveness of the economy , and to achieve efficient use of economic resources , and increased economic importance of foreign direct investment during the nineties of the last century and beyond , and that by observing the large inflows to these investments in developing countries in general , as a result of feeling developing countries the role that can be played by foreign direct investment in their economies , and the impact of that has been the introduction of several amendments to the investment laws in developing countries in order to attract more foreign investment , but nevertheless remained foreign investment direct in developing countries is limited for economic reasons , political and legal in the developing countries themselves , but we should not overlook that there are probably negative effects associated with foreign direct investment, in spite of its positive effects , and on developing countries to improve its use to reduce the negative effects as much as possible .
