Abstract
Linked to the subject of the establishment of tourist facilities directly proportional to the rapid technological progress in the world to make it more like a small electronic village . It is expected to see tourism activities in the Horn of atheist twenty- growing qualitatively and quantitatively , as well as to the benefits resulting therefrom , whether on the level of economic , cultural or medical or political , aimed at strengthening the mechanisms of convergence and understanding and tolerance among peoples of the world , which will enhance international peace and security . Therefore, the majority of the world Ahtmamn assume certain legal regulation of tourism and its facilities and institutions , the picture that meet their interests and objectives noble human . The scientific studies aimed at the development of this important human activity in the community , are the other Thoudy special significance . Iraq is one of the first of those countries which are expected to flourish tourism, religious and historical , which has been active in it after the demise of the previous political system in 2003 , including domestic tourism in the holy cities , where more than visitor numbers many millions , which encouraged tourists and Arab and foreign visitors to subscribe decrees visits those religious . Hence the importance of this research to attract the attention of decision-makers in Iraq to this vital facility to expedite the completion of its facilities and tourist effervescence varied from harboring , transportation, communications and Women journalists and experiences ... And others to be an attractive destination for visitors and foreign tourists . That our research is based on the hypothesis suggests that the ingredients of religious tourism in Iraq is not yet complete , despite the large number of cities and shrines and religious evidence in it, as well as the weakness of the legal framework that regulates this kind of tourism it. It was the research methodology are moving toward finding a definition of tourist facilities and the types and importance as an input indispensable in any search specializing in the field of tourism , then move to clarify the factors affecting the performance of those facilities , and is then defined religious tourism and its application in Iraq , with an indication of the legislation on tourist facilities Constitutional and Legal . The research methodology adopted for the analytical method for being the most appropriate with this subject and nature . As this research was divided into four sections , and a conclusion included the most important results that have been reached and proposals that can be submitted
