Abstract
The object of this is study is to knowing the range of strategic leader ship with orgam zatio enal innovation as aural tartar in its implementation, this study was practiced in Babylon technical institute because of the shortage in this sort of studies which are treating the subject particularly in the institute, became of the shortage strategic plan harmonizes with its natural activities. Which make it continues in its survival and to fulfill its duties in high accuracy and flexibility that makes good responses for variations and expectations of staff in using technological capabilities which are available. The final resultant is toneintarce the possibility of successful implement action and complementation of initiatives in performing thaw duty of organization and its practices in efficient manner which will reinforce content mint of stat . the strategic leer ship have to make the right going to realize organizional innovation. The study was made a number of results by using statistical programmer (spss) which, according to it made some stifle suggestions as the reseeded think so. The most important of these results is important rile that done by strategic lealer ship in realizing organizatiational innovation to perform duties in accurate manner. Study, the most important of these conclusions is the important role of strategy planning of the implementation by depending on the planned and performed production and sales
