| Idea of research dealing with the signing of industrial parks service is a modern style believes in reducing the economic and social costs of any complex including Aazzod the benefit of the consumer service. Studies of the signing of these complexes standards and the extent of compliance with the conditions of Baghdad as a large urban city , is essential shows us that the signature is not appropriate for the service industries lead to a big loss , especially if this signature is not based on a thorough study of the requirements of the site . And that there is a random distribution unstructured service of industrial zones resulting from non - compliance controls land uses for the basic outline . The research was based on the analytical method based on clarifying the importance of SOA industrial complexes regulate land uses within the city, and ensures Find theoretically industrial job in the city and the foundations of the industrial park site selection , and criteria for the distribution and organization of complexes service industries .
