Abstract
This study had demonstrated that the five isolates of A.flavus are carrying the regulatory gene for Aflatoxins biosynthesis ,also ,the A.parasiticus isolate is also a carrier for this gene,whilst the A.niger four isolates had shown the regulatory gene lightly.
