| The study aimed to identify the potential explosive of a man rising and its relationship to completion of the long Jump have included a sample of the research (8) players representing the Team Faculty of physical Education –University Qadisiyah for the academic year 2010-2011 The researcher used the descriptive method-style survey of the suitability to the nature of the study was to extract the results and indicated the existence of strong correlation between men's rising (right) and achievement. The recommendation that emerged from the researcher the most important : 1- intensive training of a man rising (left)to strengthen them 2-give limited exercises in which the player unable to any of feet as cending . | ||
