Abstract
The current study addressed with hormone anti molarin AMH concentration and stimulated follicles FSH hormones and other reproductive hormones in serum healthy women according to weight blood samples from women healthy single and married women, were collected. The study is set at Al-Alam Healthy Center and healthy center of Tikrit for the period from May 2012 to December 2012. The total samples is 200 woman mass index between of 18.5 Kg/m2 to more than 40 Kg/m2. The results showed a significant rise of follicle stimulating hormone FSH concentration for healthy women according to weight compared with the first mass unit of b (5.18 to 9.24) at the P <0.01 level. The concentration of ovulation LH hormone showed a significant increase in the last mass unit which is represented with (40˃Kg/m2 as compared with the other units at P˂0.01 level. The results showed significant differences for prolactin concentration for healthy women in different mass units at the P <0.01 level . The results showed no significant differences for the concentration of the hormone anti Molarin AMH for healthy women during different levels of weight. The results showed no significant differences for the concentration of estrogen for healthy women during different levels of weight. The results showed a little drop in progesterone concentration for healthy women during recent mass unit compared with other mass units at the P <0.01 level. The results showed significant decrease of the ratio of blood cell size and blood Heamoglobin for healthy women during recent mass unit compared with other mass units at the P <0.01level. We conclude from this research , a decrease in the concentration of the FSH hormone in the first mass unit and the ratio of the volume of blood cells and blood hemoglobin in the recent mass unit as compared with the rest mass units and an increase in the concentration of the hormone LH in the recent mass unit as compared with the rest of the mass units ,while the concentration of the prolactin hormone is different according to the different weight levels .The concentration of AMH , estrogen and progesterone hormones has not changed during different weight levels .
