| Find goal Building battery skills basic reel hand especially with the second year students in the Faculty of Physical Education / University of Salahaddin. Find imposedwhere the default is determined by factors correction and Tabtab of the skills and handling it is supposed to get a battery researcher includes three units to measure the default factors. Use the search Relational-style descriptive approach to fit the nature of the research, as the research community have been identified students of the Faculty of Physical Education / University of Salahaddin second year of studies for the 2012-2013 academic season, The research sample was included (60) students were randomly selected from all the people. The basic skills were identified and the nomination of basic skills tests, stability tests and sincerity in addition to experience self-President as well as the use of appropriate statistical methods.In the end, the researcher reached the following conclusions: - First: factor analysis using orthogonal rotation, which was conducted on (12) a Mharria test representing the three default factors showed four factors, three of which were accepted in light of the conditions laid down to accept the worker.
