| Abstract | ||
| The importance of research of the need for familiarity with the referee legal knowledge for the game well to reach accurate decisions that help the success of the game , and is the research problem in the lack of preparation period cognitive own rulers , and set objectives of the research in the development of curriculum cognitive and identify the preferred approach in the development of legal knowledge to referees second-class handball in Iraq . The researcher used the experimental method per set of pre and post tests and the sample consisted of (6) rulers are intentionally selected , and the researcher used the scale (Khalid Shakir , 2012). The most important findings has shown that amendments to clarify the use of the techniques a clear impact on the development of legal knowledge , the researcher recommended that the attention to the cognitive courses in arbitration when setting up or development of referees | ||
